[JoPP-Public] JoPP article word limits

Then, It should be cut. The authors can published the extended version as a chapter of a book, or on line.,  making a note in JoPP`s version and referring the reader to the extended version.

Thanks Jakob - the article has already been reviewed and reviewers said it should be cut down to meet JoPP article length requirements. Mathieu suggested surveying the JoPP ist.

Quick question about article word lengths. Where should we draw the line? Angela and I have received a paper that's in excess of 18,000 words. The authors have questioned our request to cut it down stating that it would seriously undermine their article.
  

What does the list think?
