[JoPP-Public] Help for JoPP website - Apache error

that file is missing from the server '/' is the path to where the site
is hosted (for instance '/var/www/peerproduction.net', so the file
/var/www/peerproduction.net/jquery-1.6.3.min.js doesn't exist)

it also looks weird on the page source code, i suggest you restore a
full backup if you have one.
