[JoPP-Public] open access journals

Hi George, all

OK - here's what we could add to the mix though: "we think these social science - whatever (OA) journals are really good / interesting / etc." Just because a journal is OA does not mean we want to read it or is relevant to our interests. Fibreculture (hi Andrew!) mainly connect to media / communications journals and projects for example
