Hi all

I would like to sponsor a new member of the editorial board: Franco Iacomella. 

Franco has played a major role in the journal in terms of infrastructure development but he is also interested in other type of contributions. 

@Franco: it would be great if you could briefly introduce yourself and your research interests to the group.
