<div>Hi,</div><div><br></div><div>The makefile rule for "make emacs" is convenient, the only issue with it is that it deletes all the .elc files so one have to byte compile the whole project after testing which is inconvenient when it is certain that .elc files are up to date. Is it better to provide another rule that does the same thing as "make emacs" without deleting the .elc files?</div>
