Question regarding evil mode in emacs and xcscope.el

Since evil-mode is the only Emacs vi(m)-emulation project currently
active (afaik), this list has basically become the list for evil-mode.
It is called gmane.emacs.vim-emulation on Gmane, for example. I agree
that the actual email address of this list is rather opaque, though :)
