evil interferes with describe-key in Emacs 24

You don't have to use bzr, you can actually get it from git repository as well
if you want:

git://git.savannah.gnu.org/emacs.git

That's what I have been doing and I'm sure the git repository is being updated
every day, even every minute I guess.  :-)
