evil and scroll-all-mode

Hello,

I'm discovering scroll-all-mode, and it seems to behave strangely with 
evil. In normal mode, if I press 'j', both cursors go down, but if I 
press 'k', the cursor goes up but the cursor in the other window goes 
down.

Is this a (known) bug?
