How to send merge request on Gitorious?

Hi,

I've found gitorious so hard to use. Last time I had figured out how to send
merge request and had done so. After a few works when I wanted to do this again
I forgot how to do it and I had spent some of my valuable time on the website
but still couldn't find where to do this. Can somebody give me a quick reminder
as to where this functionality is?
