viper: global-linum-mode doesn't work

I'm unable to reproduce this with GNU Emacs 23.2. Are you using the
Git version of Vimpulse (http://gitorious.org/vimpulse)? If so,
what happens when you run "make emacs" from the terminal and
do "M-x global-linum-mode"?
