Evil: compatibility patch for bs mode

See enclosed for a small patch to add compatibility code for the bs
mode. If adds hjkl to the normal emacs keys in a fashion similar to
the dired support.

Hopefully, this is the right forum and a suitable patch format. If
not, let me know, and I'll try again. I couldn't figure out how to do
a gitorious merge request.
