'ga' command doesn't work

Added in commit 3c2ea8b -- this is the command `what-cursor-position'
in Emacs. To lessen the burden on the mailing list, I have created a
wiki page for the other bugs:

Note that Vimpulse is being phased out. That means I won't be writing
any new functionality for it (although I'll still do quick fixes, and
I'll happily apply submitted patches). The future is Evil.[1]
