vimpulse feature request: make Štěpán's "go" and "ga" part of vimpulse

Dear vimpulse developers,

in my .emacs I have the following lines, which Štěpán has once contributed to this list:

(vimpulse-map "ga" 'what-cursor-position)
(vimpulse-map "go" 'goto-char)

These key bindings also exist in vim; therefore I'd suggest to make them part of vimpulse.
