Vimpulse bug: can't repeat gq with .

Dear vimpulse developers,

I found out that "gq" (vimpulse-fill) cannot be repeated with ".".
Instead, the action that was performed before vimpulse-fill is repeated.
Concretely, I entered "x" (viper-delete-char) somewhere, then "gq}", and
then ".".  That apparently repeated "x".
