[Vimpulse] Bug: Visual selection and W at the end of the line

Shouldn't it? I get exactly the same behavior in Vim. At the last word
at the line, W jumps to the first word at the next line. Visual
selection includes the character under the cursor, so the first letter
is changed.

Using Visual selection, vE~ does what you want; alternatively, g~W.
