My name is Belkis, one of the generators of the collective. I would like to tell you that although we are still in danger of eviction and in the process of funding, we continue to work. This Thursday, July 14th from 11am.-1pm. CST, our Department of Decolonial Economics will have our second session of the Seminar Our Collective Economies, where we will be exchanging-reflecting about: What is decolonial practice and why it opens paths to well-being for us. On the same day we will have a face-to-face workshop on Bioconstruction.<br class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>In our space the exchange of knowledge implies a continuous and diverse dynamic of activities and learning. Personally, this has enriched me a lot, especially the daily learning obtained in collective work, when we cook, clean the space, prepare the garden, prepare the workshops and seminars, there, practice and theory go hand in hand and I feel I am living one of the pillars of the project: to appreciate without hierarchy the value of things, knowledge, people.<br class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>We invite you to be with us, to learn about our weekly activities of exchange of knowledge (workshops and seminars) both local and international, on-site and online. Les comento que aunque todavía estamos en peligro de desalojo y en proceso de fondeo, seguimos trabajando. Este jueves 14 de julio de 11am.-1pm. CST, nuestro Departamento de Economía Decolonial tendrá la segunda sesión del Seminario Nuestras Economías Colectivas, estaremos intercambiando-reflexionando acerca de: Qué es la práctica decolonial y por qué nos abre caminos hacia el bienestar. Este mismo día tendremos un taller presencial por intercambio, sobre Bioconstrucción.<br class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>En nuestro espacio el inte-cambio de saberes implica una dinámica continua y diversa de actividades y aprendizajes; en lo personal, esto me ha enriquecido mucho, sobre todo los aprendizajes cotidianos obtenidos en el trabajo colectivo, cuando cocinamos, limpiamos el espacio, preparamos la huerta, preparamos los talleres y seminarios, ahí, práctica y teoría van de la mano y siento vivenciar-me en uno de los pilares del proyecto: apreciar sin jerarquías el valor que tienen las cosas, los saberes, las personas.<br class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Les invitamos a estar con nosotras, a que se enteren de nuestras actividades semanales de intercambio de saberes (talleres y seminarios) tanto locales como internacionales, presenciales y el línea.
