of a Special Funds project supported by the American Political Science
Association (APSA). This Workshop will host a selected group of young and
under-represented scholars and practitioners focused on climate justice in
urban and rapidly urbanizing areas of the global South, including the South
within the global North, i.e., frontline black and brown communities and
