Dear all,

I am writing to publicize an event that I am co-organizing together with
the research cluster *"**Transformational Economies and Societies*"
<https://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cbs.dk%2Fen%2Fresearch%2Fdepartments-and-centres%2Fdepartment-of-management-politics-and-philosophy%2Ftransformational-economies-and-societies-initiative&data=04%7C01%7C%7C68b0410ce07947d4c46d08d9a04b7d18%7C875c414e5d004cdbb77adeae5d6ab201%7C1%7C0%7C637717068367827757%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=vgbMr3jOnkH9LxhOYNND3hoTTVypaEDxy8f2YUjetLY%3D&reserved=0>
at Copenhagen Business School, where I am based.

On *December 9th from 15.30-17.00 (CET)* we are going to host an event
titled *"Transforming Capitalism: Paradox or Opportunity?**" with, as
invited special guests, Julia Ott* (co-director of the Heilbroner Center
for Capitalism Studies at the New School for Social Research in NYC) and*
Rebecca Henderson* (author of the book "Reimagining Capitalism in a World
on Fire" and Professor at Harvard Business School). I will have the honour
of moderating and chairing the event.

*EVENT FORMAT: *The event is conceived as a debate between the two scholars
on whether or not it is possible to transform or reform capitalism "from
within" and the potential ways of doing so.

*JOIN ONLINE OR IN PERSON*: The event is going to be held in hybrid
modality, meaning that you will be able to attend online OR to join
physically in a room at CBS and view the event on a big screen together
with me (the two speakers are attending online from the U.S).

*REGISTRATION:* The event is free but *you must register* if you wish to
attend by clicking here
<https://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcbs.nemtilmeld.dk%2F285%2F&data=04%7C01%7C%7C68b0410ce07947d4c46d08d9a04b7d18%7C875c414e5d004cdbb77adeae5d6ab201%7C1%7C0%7C637717068367837717%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=yG0LzonDo%2F4wG0jOlAgTVfR3eAfXM2Wp1a1Wc5xtS%2BI%3D&reserved=0>
.

I would be very grateful if you could publicize the event amongst your
contacts and networks.

I look forward to seeing many of you in person or virtually for this
intriguing intellectual exchange.

Best wishes,

Lara Monticelli
