Bruno,
you want to crosscompile and your prefix is point to /usr/local.
do you have your platform for crosscompilation installed there?
/usr/local should be used for x86, not for ST.
You should have a directory containing all the sources you crosscompile. Put
boost there and point your boost.pc there.
