This is your error:
(!) Direct/Interface: Unable to dlopen
`/usr/lib/directfb-1.2-0/interfaces/IDirectFBVideoProvider/libidirectfbvideoprovider_libmpeg3.so'!
   --> libmpeg3.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory

U need to compile the DirectFB-extra modifying the Makefile.am to use the
$(DFB_LIBS).
U can find these steps in the Building Ginga_Ncl_Wiki inside the
www.softwarepublico.gov.br
