You will not be disappointed.
Grab the bar for fast service. What else but the Salty Pig sandwich... pink pork w/ melted scamorze cheese and sauted spinach on slightly crispy, warm iggy's french bread. Yummm... almost as good as a shorty's cheese roast pork sandwich. I wanted the broccoli rabe but, today's veg was spinach. About eight or so crafted chilly beers on tap. I went with a Maine Sandwich IPA per the bartender's rec and it was satisfying. Would definitely come back again when passing thru. BTW, we made our train w/ time to spare and now I'm jonesing for another cold Maine Sandwich IPA.... next time.
Of course... it turns out Chef Kevin O'Donnell has some serious street creds having worked in Orvieto, Italy at Ristorante Zeppelin doing an internship from Johnson and Wales. Then on to Relais and Chateaux property, Castle Inn of Newport, RI. Back to Orvieto as a Sous Chef for 2 years then a stint at Del Posto in NYC followed by opening his own restaurant L'Office in Paris. Wowww.. no wonder why this place packs a punch!
