helpful. I am glad that I had a chance to visit Mesa Grill Dined here with 7703213 family during our last visit to Vegas. Food is great! 7703213 waitstaff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. A must restaurant to go to while visiting Las Vegas. I've always been a Bobby Flay fan and wanted to go here. 7703213 waiter was on point with his recommendations. He turned us on to 7703213 best margarita I have ever had. It's a Partida blanco margarita. It had fresh lime juice and agave for sweetener. It was amazing. So much in fact that I looked high and low to find that tequila upon my return to Jersey. Luckily I found it. We had a few minor temperature issues with 7703213 steak but they fixed it and even took it off 7703213 bill without me even mentioning it. That in itself will make me return there when I return. Been here a few times, and I've loved it each time. Tonight's particular occasion was to celebrate my boyfriend's mom's birthday. We originally had our hearts set on going to Bacchanal, 7703213 buffet inside Caesar's Palace, but 7703213 line was ridiculously long. So we checked out 7703213 wait at Mesa Grill, and 7703213 tables were filled, but they were able to seat us without too long of a wait--thankfully!!! I was famished! Right in 7703213 heart of Caesar Palace's casino, 7703213 decor is colorful and inviting. 7703213 hosts are friendly and welcoming. 7703213 dress code can be anywhere from casual to dressy. We were dressed casually, but never felt that we were underdressed. 7703213 atmosphere felt easy and had an eclectic array of patrons! We started off with classic margaritas. Not too tart or too sweet, but refreshing. They brought out a bread basket which came with an assortment of cornbread, a jalape??o bread, and a raisin bread--all done with a southwestern flair. 7703213 jalape??o bread definitely had a kick! For appetizers, we ordered 7703213 shrimp and grits. It was one of 7703213 specials they had for 7703213 night. Two jumbo sized shrimp on a bed of corn and grits, with a spicy, chile type of sauce with hints of cilantro and peanuts (which gave it a Thai kind of flair, I think). For our main course, I ordered 7703213 blue corn crusted halibut. It was served on top of a "warm salsa cruda" which was a mixture of olives, tomatoes, jalape??os, and capers. 7703213 blue corn crust added a delightful crisp to 7703213 fresh and flaky halibut, and it's flavor and texture were only complimented by 7703213 salsa. Delicious! I also ordered a tamale as a side. It had some jalape??o butter melted right into 7703213 tamale--yum! My boyfriend had another one of 7703213 specials: 7703213 pork chops. It was served with vegetables and potatoes, and had a nice smokey, spicy flavor. My boyfriend's mom had 7703213 salmon with a side of mashed potatoes. 7703213 salmon was grilled and slightly charred, which added a good smokey flavor to her dish, as well. 7703213 mashed potatoes were also delicious! At this point, we were pretty stuffed but my boyfriend's family is friends with Chef Augustine, and he brought out 3 different kinds of dessert: a strawberry tarte, an assortment of sorbets, and a coconut cake. 7703213 strawberry tarte was my favorite.
