I'll start off by telling you Saturday is their most busiest day. If you want to make sure you get your bbq, then try to get on line by atleast 8am! 9am will most likely place you in the "Danger Zone", which means there might not be any food left! As you wait on line, a staff member will walk down the line taking estimate orders to see where the line might be cut off. Best part of this experience is if you wander around to the back, you might actually see Franklin working his magic! I was lucky enough to exchange a few words and snap a picture of him. Door opens at 11am, and the line will begin moving.

Food: I ordered 2 lbs of brisket, .5 lbs pulled pork, .5 lbs of sausage, and 2 ribs. As hard as it is to choose what my favorite was. I'd have to say the ribs were the best! Right before ordering, they give you a sample of the brisket! I spent like $65 bucks. Of course, I took most of my food to-go. There was no way I spent 5 hours waiting to not have leftovers! I also might've taken a bottle of espresso BBQ sauce from the table.. It was just too good not to take.
This has been by far the best BBQ I've ever had in Texas. (Sorry Pecan Lodge, Salt Licks, Hard Eight) The experience of waiting was so much fun, the hospitality of the workers was amazing, and the BBQ was flat out flawless.
Tips: Bring lawn chairs, beers, a fun group of friends, and have the best time of your life making new friends. Show up no later than 8:30 AM on Saturdays if you want to be guaranteed BBQ.
