place amazing! I went a few years ago when my parents were in town and I remembered it being good, but not phenominal. I had some friends in town this weekend and I decided to give it another go based on some recommendations. Sunday afternoon... my friends picked 10:40 as a meeting time because they thought we would beat the church crowd. I tried to tell them I'm not sure its the kind of place that a church crowd goes to, but whatever. Hour and a half wait. In the end, that was fine because they had driven to the downtown location instead of the one on Colorado Blvd where I was at. By the time they got to the right place... it was only a 15 minute wait. We were hungry and cranky..but as soon as we got seated our moods changed. Spicy Bloody Marys are FANTASTIC! Our waitress was on the ball and gave us some great tips on what to share. Everyone wanted to try something different so she even had the cooks split up the portions onto smaller plates for no fee. Awesome! Breakfast Burrito w/ Chorizo - not the best in town, but its a solid A-. The green chili could use a bit more depth, but it was good. Corned Beef Hash- best I've ever had. None of that out-of-a-can-way-too-salty-"beef" here. Taste bud sensation! The eggs were perfectly cooked on top and there was a side of sourdough with from-scratch mixed berry jelly. DEEEElicious. Pancakes? Holy crap.. we tried the Graceland (banana with peanut butter), sweet potato and pineapple upside down varieties. I nearly wet myself from all the excitement. Beyond delicious. I even liked the Graceland and I HATE bananas! So even though the wait sucked, the food and service more than made up for it. Can't wait to go back although maybe next time I'll just do takeout! Yes yes yes! Came here based on Yelp reviews, and boy was this a good choice. We got here at about 9am on a Saturday, and probably had to wait 20 minutes for a table, which is less than we expected given how many people were waiting. The restaurant goes back farther than it looks. Service was friendly and prompt, and they gave the two of us a nice big table for some reason. I chose the Huevos Rancheros (Corn tortillas layered with black beans, jack cheese, ranchero sauce, three fried eggs, salsa fresca). WOW. I would get that again if I came back. My dining partner got the "pancake flight," and chose "cinnful," chocolate chip, and the day's special, apple compote. That was good too, but the huevos rancheros won the day! Great atmosphere, excellent brunch food. Very cheery. Every once in a while you find a place that is worth a 45 minute wait in the brisk mountain air. Snooze is exactly this kind of place. I've eaten as Snooze twice, and loved it both times. The first time I ate there over a year ago I had the flight of pancakes and was able to sample several of their yummy pancakes. This last time I went with the
