folks for breakfast, and no one has been disappointed yet! Best breakfast ever. We had friends in town and decided to try Snooze based off of some reviews I'd heard from my girlfriends. We started off with some of their delicious mimosas, bloody marys and other drinks...the best ended up being the one with acai berry and blueberries...and they plant a tree for every one sold, so you can feel like you did your good deed for the day. We tried the breakfast burrito, 2 of the hollandaise dishes and the Brat Pack. We also had a blue mesa pancake and the sweet potato pancake. Everything was absolutely delicious. Personally, I think these were the best pancakes I've ever eaten in my entire life. They were so texturized and had the most amazing flavors. I cannot wait to go back and just eat pancakes! I hands down recommend this to anyone and everyone. Forget the wait, who cares, grab a drink and enjoy the vibe of the place. Hopefully you'll be lucky enough to get our waiter, he made the whole thing that much more fun. Enjoy! Well, I've had breakfast at Snooze two times now, and all I can say is that the portions are large, but the food leaves something to be desired. The pineapple upside-down pancakes are pretty good, but I have to say that it doesn't taste much like pineapple. Plus, mine are usually a little too well-done. The cream sauce was pretty runny this weekend, which was disappointing after waiting one hour to eat there. And yes, I'm aware that you are constantly waiting to eat brunch here in Denver, which only makes me believe more breakfast places should open up, ASAP. I think their schtick is to make everything insanely rich and giant, and then you can't help but think it's the greatest thing you've ever had. But so far it's not cracking my top three Denver brunches. It's a cute place to bring your out-of-town friends, though. I have eaten a lot of breakfasts out, but this was byfar the best restaurant breakfast I've ever had. EVER. I'm so sad that I don't live in Denver and can't enjoy Snooze on the reg. We went on a Monday morning around 10am. Service was amazing. They seated us almost immediately. Waiters were very nice. The place has a great retro style. Is that called retro? I dunno, whatever it's called, they do it well. Even their bathrooms are hip (and clean). I had the Pancake Flight (pineapple upside down, cinnful, strawberry rhubarb) and I was amazed. I generally don't like pancakes at all, but my bff (who we were visiting) said that snooze is known for their pancakes. So being a "when in rome" type of visitor, I got the pancakes, and I'm officially a pancake lover. Apparently, I've jut never had good pancakes before. The pineapple upside down were TO DIE FOR.
