You would really think a steakhouse with 4.5 stars and all these yelp reviewa would get their cooking techniques right for ribeyes... My poor ribeye was so overcooked. When ordering, I order as I always do, Medium rare, our server confirmed, red and warm on the inside, pink on the sides. YES SIR DUH.. exactly how I like it. The sear on the outside of my steak was nice, but when I cut the side.. WHAT THE...no pink.. Then I rushed to the middle.. it was barely pink at all.. this looked Medium well !!.. only a HINT of pink.. I wanted to send my steak back.. but no one EVER came to check on us after our food was delivered. Although I hate eating overcooked steak, It was much better than what my bf was served.fa136e57392093479095a5a40f033715
