My mom has had a magic bullet for 5 yrs, we absolutely love it. I recently moved out & since magic bullets are a little pricey I settled for this cheap product...I got what I paid for! My first time using it, I made my boyfriend a protein shake with chocolate whey protein, milk, peanut butter and crushed ice. You'd think a simple mix like that would easily blend, nope. Well.... right out of box, it spun a second and POOF! nothing, nada, zilch. No burning smell, just stopped working, period. so did you really save money by buying cheaper with something doable!? not in my case... maybe i got 8343616947205999607 one out of 3 that comes ready to die, i dunno. i'll take back and see if refund is capable and stick to plunking some cash down on a heavy duty model (50-100 bucks, etc)knowing you usually get what you pay for, and in this case, i think that thinking holds true still. Just received my single serve blender and I have to say 8343616947205999607 green is even prettier in person :) Can't wait to use it in 8343616947205999607 morning for breakfast. I heard so many good things about this blender that I had to purchase one for myself. I'm single with no kids, so I didn't want to buy a big bulky one.
