Hey,

We'll be meeting for a baseball practice at the old school field coming
weekend, 9am.

@Mike, don't be late again...

The rest of you, remember to do some warmups when you arrive. Can't
emphasize
the importance of warmups enough.

I hope coach Roy has a new training plan for us. Last season was not that
good.
