[Ginga-argentina] Pastor ENDS high-blood-pressure: w/ one weird food

I would like to share my-experience with other blood pressure-sufferers so that 
my experiences may hopefully help somebody else. Please read my entire story below:

"Mr. Burge, you WILL suffer a heart-attack or a stroke before you leave this hospital."

This is what the nurse said to me when she checked my blood pressure. It was the
first time i had even set food in a hospital in many years. I was terrified and
my wife was in tears.

Then I thought of my son, Ken, who had recently turned his own blood pressure around
(and lost quite a bit of weight at the same time). Clearly whatever he had been doing
was working for him, so I immediately gave him a call. I could barely even speak. 

Ken said to get in my car and head to the closest grocery store and pick up this one
weird food. I didn't want to do so I was willing to try anything. So I ate this food
and followed the other easy steps that Ken told me to take and I was able to rapidly
bring my blood-pressure back down to normal. I also lost over 80 lbs in the process,
which was a pleasant surprise!
