I wanted to start drinking smoothies for breakfast (yeah... health kick), so I purchased this blender because it was small and cheap. It blends my smoothies perfectly. My smoothies consist of fruit (usually raw strawberries), yogurt, fruit juice and ground flax seed. Sometimes I include 6-10 ice cubes.
