* podes hacer ping? al ip desde el host a la vm y viceversa?
* esta levantao el servicio de ssh en la vm? (ps -ef|grep sshd)
* tenes reglas de firewall agregadas en la vm? (iptables -L)
sino limpialas:
iptables -F INPUT
iptables -P INPUT ACCEPT
