[Ginga-argentina] Problemas con librerias libtool, autoconf y automake en Ubuntu 11.04

Hola! resulta que me descargue el ubuntu 11 y estoy tratando de compilar
ginga 1.2.0 como esta aquí
http://tvd.lifia.info.unlp.edu.ar/ginga.ar/index.php/download/2-uncategorised/6

y he tenido problemas con las dependencias

Al respecto intenté instalarlas desde la dirección que sugiere el error
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/
y aparentemente se instalaron a la perfección, sin embargo me sigue dando el
mismo error.
Alguna sugerencia?
