If the time is right you'd be welcome to stop over here on your way - we're at the Herefordshire/Shropshire border on a 7 acre site with various gardens, tree systems and a WET system for sewage and stormwater drainage. . There aren't any great forest gardening examples here at the moment, but we have just unearthed a 20-year old lost forest garden, and there are a few tree/shrub/perennial guilds in evidence and we've got plans to establish more of them as we develop the site. The place also has some interesting connections to Robert Hart and his site - we are trying ot find out more about that at the moment.
