McMaster has suggested to our US users to consider implementing FreeB
as their primary billing module. OSCAR makes extensive use of XML-RPC
(example is our implementation of drugref as our prescription
web-service) and should be quite easy to integrate with FreeB. McMaster
itself has had little interest in extending our outreach to the US. We
are quite busy as it is. It's not our core mission to become like a
vendor.

Hope it clarifies things a bit...
