[Bdi4emc-help] Hardware Limit Error

I have a fresh install of BDI 4.38. I haven't even hooked up the machine 
to the computer yet and I am getting the error that says hardware limit 
error on axis 0,1, and 2. Nothing has even been hooked up to the 
computer yet how can this be. Any thoughts?
