Junto con nuestrxs colegas de Frutopía – una cooperativa autogestionaria de producción de cítricos- vamos a traer naranjas deliciosas de Valencia durante todo el invierno. Hemos decidido que las retribuciones de lxs que estamos en el proyecto sean pequeñas y que se destine el resto a la </span><span style="font-size: 14.666666666666666px; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline;">adquisición de medios de producción de propiedad vecinal y colectiva</span><span style="font-size: 14.666666666666666px; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline;"> que sirvan para potenciar nuevos proyectos de autogestión (comprar una amasadora para hacer pan, herramientas para carpintería o botes para envasar), vamos lo típico del Nodo de Carabanchel. Por tanto una parte significativa del dinero obtenido se gestionará en asambleas abiertas a las que todo el mundo está invitado, especialmente quienes compréis las naranjas. Lo que con ella se adquiera será de propiedad comunal y gestionado por una asamblea abierta. ¿Suena bien? pues aún hay más. Queremos experimentar también con la consideración del trabajo como el conjunto tareas que se reparte una comunidad. En ese sentido, cuando el proyecto eche a andar y sea estable, nos gustaría que hubiese rotatividad en los puestos que obtienen remuneración por trabajar en este proyecto. Cada cierto tiempo, se charlaría en una asamblea abierta a quién le viene bien y le apetece hacerse cargo temporalmente de Mónica Naranjas, y si se ve bien, esa persona pasaría a ser la que obtenga la remuneración.
