<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align:left">Compañeros y compañeras,</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial">Se presenta un otoño que desde la Coordinadora 25s hemos querido llamar <em>Otoño Destituyente</em>, con movilizaciones y consultas por el derecho a decidir de los pueblos tanto en Cataluña como en Canarias, con la lucha feminista creciendo cada día y tomando la relevancia necesaria para acabar con este sistema, con las Marchas de la Dignidad preparando una semana de lucha para noviembre, la movilización frente a la ley mordaza… Dentro del marco de estas luchas, en las que participamos activamente, <strong>vamos a aportar un Rodea el Congreso contra la Monarquía y por los Procesos Constituyentes, para el 4 de octubre.</strong></font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial">De esta forma, el calendario de este <em>Otoño Destituyente</em> sería:</font></p>
<ul>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial">11 de septiembre: Diada.</font></li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;">28 de septiembre: Día mundial por un aborto libre, seguro y gratuito.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial">4 de octubre: Rodea el Congreso.</font></li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial">21, 22 y 23 de octubre: Huelga general de la enseñanza.</font></li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial">24 de octubre: Manifestación contra la monarquía en los Premios Príncipe de Asturias.</font></li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial">9 de noviembre: Consulta en los Països Catalans.</font></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial">29 de noviembre: Semana de luchas en todo el Estado de las Marchas de la Dignidad.</font></li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial"><strong>Nos gustaría contar con vosotras para preparar esta movilización. Para ello, cada domingo de aquí al 4 de octubre estaremos a las 11h de la mañana en la <a href="http://wordpress.us3.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=4017a53812ed3dfe8a36e7d40&id=9995c89247&e=3af0efbb21" target="_blank" style="color: #336699;font-weight: normal;text-decoration: underline;">Plaza de Oriente</a></strong>, trabajando asambleariamente con quien quiera venir. Todo el mundo es bienvenido, siempre con respeto, sin actitudes machistas, racistas ni fascistas. Esperamos que os animéis a participar.</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial">Somos conscientes de que el régimen intenta que la movilización popular se diluya, y para eso además de la represión usa otras armas. Intenta crear la ilusión del fin de “la crisis” contra toda evidencia para recuperar el "consenso social". Da mensajes sobre la disminución de manifestaciones, que no responden a la realidad de un año en el que las movilizaciones contra pilares fundamentales del régimen están siendo muchas y numerosas: Jaque al Rey, Día de la Mujer, Rodea el Congreso el 14D, Marchas de la Dignidad… Un régimen que, como hacen todas las democracias capitalistas, exhibe la esperanza vacía de un cambio en elecciones cada 4 años, que además intenta amañar. Estas estrategias no son más que un reflejo de su debilidad y un aliento para seguir movilizándonos.</font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial"><strong>Todos los procesos constituyentes que han sido realmente democráticos, justos y han acabado en un gobierno del pueblo y no de una oligarquía, se han impulsado desde la movilización popular.</strong></font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial"><strong>Vamos en el buen camino. No vamos a ganar a los partidos del régimen del 78. Vamos a vencer al régimen del 78.</strong> </font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial"><strong><u>4 de Octubre , Rodea el Congreso - </u></strong><strong><u>“Monarquía no es democracia, es dictadura. Procesos constituyentes. Felipe VI no te queremos”.</u></strong></font></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial"><strong>Y es que dentro de este contexto, entendemos que para impulsar el proceso destituyente-los procesos constituyentes es necesario trabajar contra el Régimen monárquico, ya que es</strong></font><strong> una piedra angular del Régimen del ’78.</strong></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;">La lucha antimonárquica se constituye como eje central que demarca la línea entre ruptura y reforma (algo parecido a lo que ocurrió durante la llamada Transición). No bastan solo discursos que vengan a mencionar el proceso constituyente como necesario, pero desde una posición de vacío en la práctica destituyente concreta.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial"><strong>Debemos señalar, y por ello vamos a volver a hacerlo, a la institución monárquica como un eslabón clave y muy deslegitimado del conjunto del entramado del Régimen, que como decimos está en un momento de debilidad, dando así una respuesta ante la línea argumental de éste, que pretende recomponer su legitimidad a través de la figura concreta de Felipe VI como elemento regenerador, y planteando la posibilidad de un Régimen monárquico y democrático.</strong></font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">La movilizacion del 4 de octubre es un paso fundamental en este <em>Otoño Destituyente</em>. Y tu trabajo es necesario!</p>
