<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif">Con la idea de impulsar un proceso constituyente hemos organizando las<strong> IV Jornadas Constituyentes para los días 12 y 13 de julio en Madrid</strong>. Como os habíamos anunciado, estabamos organizándolas antes de la abdicación del heredero de Franco, pero ahora nos parecen incluso más oportunas. Un foro de debate sobre procesos constituyentes favorece la creación de poder popular para iniciar un proceso desde abajo con el que darnos una convivencia justa, digna e igual para todos y todas.<br>
<br>
Esta vez, al trabajo asambleario que hemos realizado en anteriores ediciones en las que hemos participado hasta 100 colectivos, queremos sumar voces con conocimiento directo de otros procesos constituyentes. Esas experiencias vicarias pueden resultar muy enriquecedoras a la hora de plantear pasos a seguir.<br>

Tenemos pensado trabajar en dos días, el sábado con mesas de debate y el domingo, recogiendo los debates del sábado, con trabajo asambleario en comisiones, y un plenario. Las mesas serán una sobre procesos constituyentes en la península ibérica -el sábado 12 por la mañana-, y otra en el ámbito de iberoamérica -el mismo sábado por la tarde-.</span><br>

<span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif">En la mesa de procesos constituyentes en la península ibérica contaremos con Doris Benegas, Gerardo Pisarello, Tania Sánchez y Joan Tardà. El título de estas jornadas es "Monarquía Abolición. Procesos Constituyentes YA!", pero además proponemos tres bloques específicos para tratar en esta mesa:<br>

- Proceso constituyente en Cataluña (por ser el más avanzado en estos momentos) y los demás pueblos del Estado-<br>
<br>
- Participación de las mujeres y el feminismo en los procesos constituyentes.<br>
<br>
- Relación entre lucha institucional y movimientos sociales en los procesos constituyentes.</span><br>

<span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif">En la mesa de procesos constituyentes en Iberoamérica contaremos con René Behoteguy (Bolivia), Elisabeth Sánchez (Ecuador) y representante de Venezuela, pendiente de confirmar. Esta mesa será más abierta, de forma que los ponentes puedan contar su experiencia en procesos constituyentes aún en marcha: los momentos de avances y retrocesos, las dificultades, alegrías… También en esta mesa trataremos algunos temas concretos:<br>

- Participación de las mujeres y el feminismo en los procesos constituyentes.<br>
<br>
- Relación entre lucha insitucional y movimientos sociales en los procesos constituyentes.<br>

- Procesos constituyentes dentro de un contexto internacional.</span></div>

<span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif">El domingo retomaremos el formato clásico de las Jornadas, y trabajaremos en varias comisiones sobre los temas que hayan salido en los debates del sábado y en propuestas de acciones (nuevas o ya convocadas en otros espacios) que ayuden a impulsar los procesos destituyentes/constituyentes.<br>
<br>
El trabajo de estas comisiones se volcará en un plenario dónde llegar a acuerdos y, como en otras jornadas, consensuar una hoja de ruta.<br>
