Es un �ltimo piso. Tiene una distribuci�n muy interesante para compartir a gusto, ya que se pude dividir en dos partes, que podemos repartir entre las dos personas que vivamos all� y, por lo tanto, cada uno tendr�a su espacio. Si no, podemos abrir un espacio com�n tambi�n. Queda libre una habitaci�n grande, de las de matrimonio grandes, muy luminosa, y una mini mini habitaci�n que se puede usar como vestidor o lo que quisierais (tambi�n luminosa). El precio por las dos habitaciones y el sal�n a vuestra disposici�n es de 325
euros. (Como he dicho, podr�ais disponer de ese lado de la casa al completo). Si s�lo quisierais las habitaciones podr�amos negociar algo el
