A quirky little bar/diner right downtown, Poole's has a short menu, but the items on that menu are unique, and very tasty.  My wife had the duck confit, and... Great vegan restaurant. Flavorful food and tons of options on the menu. The use of spices are a real strength for this chef. Creative fare!....Lettuce wraps... Fantastic food in a really hidden location inside the Marriot hotel. I did not even know that it existed until triangle restaurant week. It is beautiful... This place is not kitschy or trendy for trendy sake. It is really awesome. One of the best restaurants I've been to in a while. The drink menu is truly... A friend and I popped in for a late dinner last night, and it could not have been a more perfect experience. The food was all delicious, but the highlight... Very good empanadas. So far the best I had in NC but I am not a connoisseur or running after them. This might change it. The dought taste really good and... Loved this place! It's a meatball, risotto, whiskey 
 bar of my dreams. The bartenders we super friendly  (not in that creepy over dosed attention way) and... How have I lived in Raleigh for 2 years and never known of this place til now???!!!..The flavors they were able to bring out with everything was... Okay.  I went to a Bbq spot and fail in love with the fried chicken.  It was so full of flavor, super crispy and D.E.L.I.C.i.O.U.S.   :) .... I ordered...
