                                                Le informamos que con fecha 7 de Marzo de 2019, se ha publicado en el BOE el <strong>RDL 6/2019, de 1 de marzo</strong>, de medidas urgentes para garantía de la <strong>igualdad de trato y de oportunidades</strong>                                                entre mujeres y hombres en el empleo y la ocupación. Esta norma ha entrado en vigor el 8 de marzo de 2019.

                                                Con el fin de establecer un nuevo marco jurídico hacia la plena igualdad, se modifica la <strong>Ley Orgánica 3/2007</strong>, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres,

                                                El <strong>art. 45.2 LO 3/2007</strong> establece la <strong>obligatoriedad para que las empresas elaboren y apliquen un plan de igualdad</strong>. Hasta ahora solo era obligatorio para empresas con más
                                                de 250 trabajadores.

                                                <strong>El incumplimiento de esta obligación empresarial supondrá una infracción grave</strong> de acuerdo con la nueva redacción del <strong>art. 7.13 LISOS</strong>.

                                                Así mismo, <strong>las empresas están obligadas a inscribir dicho plan en el Registro de Planes de Igualdad de las Empresas</strong>, como parte de los Registros de convenios y acuerdos colectivos
                                                de trabajo que, de acuerdo con la nueva redacción del <strong>art. 46 LO 3/2007</strong>, se deberá desarrollar reglamentariamente.
