El capítulo IX del decreto ley 7887/55 de arancel profesional de arquitectos, legisla a través de sus artículos 93 a 98, el régimen de honorarios para las representaciones técnicas, conceptualizadas por el artículo 93, como las funciones que consisten en asumir la responsabilidad que implica una construcción, una instalación o la provisión de equipos y/o materiales para construcciones o industrias.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:13px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);line-height:1.5em;margin: 0 0 0.75em 0; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: nullpx;">Digamos primariamente que una empresa de construcción debe contar con un representante técnico que cuente con la respectiva inscripción en la Municipalidad y título habilitante.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:13px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);line-height:1.5em;margin: 0 0 0.75em 0; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: nullpx;">La documentación habilitante requerida para la iniciación de las obras de construcción deben necesariamente, tener la firma conjunta de la empresa y del representante técnico.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:13px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);line-height:1.5em;margin: 0 0 0.75em 0; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: nullpx;">En el ámbito de CABA, tanto la empresa constructora como el representante técnico, tienen las mismas responsabilidades que los constructores, respecto del cumplimiento de las disposiciones hasta la finalización de la obra.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:13px;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);line-height:1.5em;margin: 0 0 0.75em 0; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: nullpx;">En cuanto a la funcionalidad de la encomienda, establece la normativa que el representante técnico deberá preparar los planes de trabajo, supervisar su marcha, responsabilizarse por los planos, cálculos, planillas; preparar las especificaciones, los subcontratos, los contratistas y proveedores-</p>
