de sus violaci�nes graves de los derechos humanos representa un serio error de
juicio. Coloca los organizadores de la conferencia y de la Universidad de Oxford
en contra de los esfuerzos internacionales para presionar al Sr. Kagame para
poner fin a sus abusos y desempe�ar un papel m�s constructivo en el logro de la
