(Bajo el asfalto est� la huerta) es una cooperativa agroecol�gica de producci�n, distribuci�n y consumo. Nos organizamos en un grupo que cultiva, otro que reparte y varios grupos de consumo, que tambi�n apoyan a la huerta. La producci�n se planifica conjuntamente y, una vez cultivadas las verduras, cuidadas y cosechadas de manera ecol�gica, se reparten a los grupos de consumo, que reciben cestas de verduras semanales. Todos los costes se sufragan mediante cuotas que pagamos mensualmente y algunas acciones colectivas que preparamos peri�dicamente. Los grupos de consumo estamos diseminados por Madrid y funcionamos de forma bastante aut�noma unos de otros.
