<p class=MsoNormal>Acabo de recibir vuestro mail acerca de los embargos de las
viviendas. Bueno adem�s de felicitaros por la informaci�n, que me parece
buen�sima quer�a haceros unas consultas porque soy trabajadora social en una
ONg y se me est�n dando much�simos casos de embargo y quiere ver de que manera
poder contener estas situaciones tan injustas.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Tengo el caso de una familia la cual viven de alquiler en
una propiedad la cual ya tiene dos avisos de embargo. La historia es que en su
momento (llevan 5 a�os viviendo all�), el due�o no les hizo contrato de
alquiler (tan s�lo verbal) por lo que las notificaciones del banco est�n llegando
a ell@s con avisos de que van a ser expulsados de la casa.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>El banco dice que si pudieran demostrar que son inquilinos??
Y a mi se me ha ocurrido el demostrarlo a trav�s del pago de facturas que hacen
cada mes del agua, luz y gas. Mi duda es que esos recibos est�n a nombre del
se�or propietario por lo que no s� si es f�cil o no de demostrar, si estamos en
plazo para hacerlo ( llevan dos notificaciones de juicio para embargo).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Me urge que me respond�is por favor ya que tenemos poco
tiempo y sino tenemos que buscar otra soluciones, bastante m�s complicadas y
casi inaccesibles.<o:p></o:p></p>
