style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,0)">El entierro ser� el pr�ximo domingo en "El �ngel
Ca�do" del Retiro, a las 12:00h, habr� que ir de riguroso luto, lamentablemente
nos esperamos lo peor.</SPAN></FONT><BR style="COLOR: rgb(0,153,0)"><BR
style="COLOR: rgb(0,153,0)"><SPAN style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)">Por una vez se
act�a con rapidez y eficacia, en menos de dos meses nuestro parlamento pretende
presentar y aprobar las leyes que reforman los cr�ditos con cargo a los Fondos
de Ayuda al Desarrollo (FAD). Y lo hacen sin tocar la Cobertura de riesgo
(CESCE) para que las empresas espa�olas puedan seguir haciendo sus "destrozos"
por pa�ses ajenos sin problemas y generando deuda externa. <BR><BR>No contentos
con eso, adem�s, abren nuevas v�as, como el Fondo para la
Internacionalizaci�<WBR>n empresarial (FIEM), que junto con las anteriores,
formar� parte del grupo de herramientas en manos de empresas y gobiernos que
generan el 97% de la deuda externa espa�ola.</SPAN><BR
style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)"><BR style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)"><SPAN
style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)">La deuda externa es una de las herramientas que
mantiene a los pueblos sumidos en la pobreza y que los hace incapaces de
afrontar los retos de diarios de atender a sus necesidades b�sicas, como a los
momentos de emergencia. Hay muchos casos, Hait� ser�a uno de ellos. </SPAN><BR
style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)"><BR style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)"><SPAN
style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)">Se va con esta ley la posibilidad de acabar de una
vez con las dos herramientas que generan la deuda externa de la que el Estado
espa�ol es acreedor, se seguir� cobrando una deuda injusta e ileg�tima, se
continuar� saqueando a los pueblos del sur e impactando con nuestra gran "huella
ecol�gica" en sus tierras a trav�s de nuestras empresas
trasnacionales.</SPAN><BR style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)"><BR
style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)"><SPAN style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)">El 16 de febrero
se cerrar� la posibilidad de realizar m�s enmiendas. Estaremos formando parte de
