The atmosphere is charming, from the homey decor to the live show tunes to the warm and inviting staff, and... Wow! 4 6oz beers for $9 and a friendly staff. What more can you ask for?....Neighborhood around it seems a bit sketchy. This particular Ruby Tuesday has a bit of an edge in service over other locations. Nowhere else has anyone ever brought me the garlic cheese biscuits before... I checked this place out after the Frostburg, Salisbury game.
