<DIV>El domingo estuvimos hablando de empezar con el diario que quedamos en realizar los domingos verdes. Así que durante la comida estuvimos preguntando a Christiam curiosidades y datos sobre la cosecha de patatas. Así podemos empezar haciendo un pequeño "<STRONG>informe-patata 2010</STRONG>"... </DIV>

<DIV>Incluyo los datos... y si el GG tiene algo que añadir o corregir... ya sabéis...</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>- En total se han sacado unas <STRONG>dos toneladas de patatas este año</STRONG>.</DIV>
<DIV>- Las que se recogieron en septiembre corresponde a las patatas semitardías (deberían haberse cosechado un poco antes, pero este año se nos echó el tiempo encima)</DIV>
<DIV>- Las patatas que estuvimos separando en el invernadero <STRONG>este domingo 14 de noviembre, son las tardías, que se sembrarón en agosto y se cosecharon hacía unos 15 días</STRONG>. </DIV>
<DIV>- Durante este verano han sufrido una <STRONG>plaga de escarabajo de la patata</STRONG>. Por este motivo durante el verano una de las tareas de domingo verde fue <STRONG>quitar a mano</STRONG> uno a uno los bichitos. Porque no existe un tratamiento en agricultura biológica que elimine esta plaga que afecta fundamentalmente a la parte aérea de la planta.</DIV>
<DIV>También han sufrido la visita del <STRONG>gusano del alambre</STRONG>, por eso algunas patatas tienen un agujero negro donde se ha instalado el gusano.</DIV>
<DIV>- El trabajo que realizamos este domingo con la patata ha consistido fundamentalmente en separar :</DIV>
<DIV>. <STRONG>Retirar las patatas que estaban podridas</STRONG>.</DIV>
<DIV>. <STRONG>Separar las patatas que estaban dañadas, retorcidas o con formas irregulares</STRONG>. Estas patatas no son buenas para almacenar porque seguramente van a echar tallos o empezar a pudrirse. Por lo que se van a repartir esta semana.</DIV>
<DIV>. Se han <STRONG>seleccionado las mejores patatas: las redonditas, sin rozaduras</STRONG>.. que podrán aguantar varios meses en el almacén de la casa de mar.</DIV>

<P class=yiv442661679yiv2076283965MsoNormal>Como amenazaba lluvia por la mañana, (que cayó al final por la tarde), trabajamos dentro del invernadero, y no en el campo.
<P class=yiv442661679yiv2076283965MsoNormal>Clasificamos las patatas (entre rojas y blancas; y entre las para consumir ahora y las para guardar) y las almacenamos en la casa.
