<p>El gobierno de Israel ha admitido por fin
que utilizó <span style="font-weight: bold;">fósforo blanco en los
bombardeos sobre Gaza</span> de hace un año. El fósforo blanco provoca
horribles quemaduras, contamina los órganos vitales y puede causar la
muerte. Por eso, su uso contra civiles está totalmente prohibido.<br>
<br>
La noticia, que sin embargo el ejército israelí niega, no nos ha
pillado por sorpresa. <span style="font-weight: bold;">Amnistía
Internacional ha denunciado repetidamente</span> <span
style="font-weight: bold;">el uso de la sustancia ilegal</span> en los
bombardeos de enero de 2009 sobre Gaza, alertando de que su empleo en
zonas densamente pobladas constituye un “crimen de guerra”. <br>
<br>
La última ofensiva israelí en Gaza, en respuesta al lanzamiento de
cohetes por grupos armados palestinos, dejó <span
style="font-weight: bold;">1.400 muertos</span> en el lado palestino y
13 en Israel. <span style="font-weight: bold;">No es casualidad</span>
que la! mayoría de las víctimas fueran hombres, mujeres y niños que no
tenían nada que ver con la contienda: los <span
style="font-weight: bold;">ataques israelíes fueron desproporcionados
e indiscriminados</span>. <br>
<br>
La <span style="font-weight: bold;">destrucción de las infraestructuras</span>
palestinas también fue descomunal – cientos de fábricas, escuelas,
hospitales y viviendas arrasadas o dañadas severamente – y el bloqueo
israelí que siguió todavía ha empeorado la situación: 1,4 millones de
palestinos viven hoy <span style="font-weight: bold;">atrapados en la
extrema pobreza en Gaza</span>. <br>
<br>
¡<span style="font-weight: bold;">No podemos aceptar</span> que el
ejército israelí ataque a civiles y que no pase nada! <span
style="font-weight: bold;">No vamos a parar</span> hasta que
consigamos que el Gobierno de Israel respete los derechos humanos de la
población palestina. Si alguna vez has pensado en un momento especial
