El "coco" de los internautas españoles no ha muerto, pero sí se ha escondido brevemente en el armario. La famosa <a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ley_Sinde#Descargas_ilegales">Ley Sinde</a> ha naufragado esta noche en el Congreso tras una jornada de negociaciones interrumpidas entre el PSOE y CiU, que planteó una serie de exigencias a la postre inasumibles por los socialistas. Ningún partido salvo el PSOE votó a su favor.<br>

La Disposición Final Segunda, bautizada en honor de la Ministra de Cultura e inscrita para su aprobación dentro de la Ley de Economía Sostenible, ha sido objeto de las iras de internautas, asociaciones de consumidores (FACUA se ha mostrado particularmente guerrera) y grupos opositores por facilitar el cierre por comisión de páginas con enlaces <a href="http://es.engadget.com/tag/P2P/">P2P</a> o a sitios de descargas.
